First Friday Artist Reception | Jill McFarlane | February 6th, 4pm-7pm

We’re excited to welcome Jill to the winery! Jill McFarlane is an artist based in North Idaho whose work is deeply inspired by the outdoors that surround her. Using hand-carved woodblocks that are inked and pressed onto paper or fabric, she creates prints that explore the relationship between humans and the natural world. Her passion for nature fuels her creative process and shapes the recurring themes found throughout her work. Beyond the studio, Jill is committed to building connection through shared art experiences and is highly involved in her local arts community.

Robert Vaughn is a vocalist and guitarist who has captivated audiences across the West Coast with his soulful blend of jazz, R&B, and original music. A songwriter, recording artist, and producer, he has released four CDs featuring standout Northwest musicians and has performed with artists including Lee Ritenour, Tuck and Patti, Steve Perry, Dionne Warwick, The Doobie Brothers, and Tower of Power. After an unprecedented 34-year residency at the world-renowned Coeur d’Alene Resort, Robert now performs and promotes his latest project, Homage, throughout the Seattle, Portland, and Spokane regions.

Painter Bailey Miller was born and raised in California, where early adventures along Highway 1 and in the Sierra Nevada Mountains sparked a lifelong connection to nature. Now based in the Inland Northwest, she draws inspiration from the expansive landscapes that surround her.

Miller began painting in college after a career-ending tennis injury shifted her path from athletics to art. Her work reflects a deep appreciation for exploration, resilience, and the quiet beauty of the natural world.

First Friday Artist Reception | Jim Dhillon | April 3rd, 4pm-7pm

Jim Dhillon was born in Lansing, Michigan, and grew up in the Midwest, where art became an early and lasting part of his life. After serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, he pursued formal art studies, earning his Bachelor of Fine Arts from Gonzaga University.

Based in Spokane, Washington since 1976, Dhillon is a full-time artist with work in more than 225 private collections worldwide. His primarily canvas-based works are sensory explorations of the human experience.

Live Music with Daniel Hall | April 10th, 6pm to 8pm

Spokane’s own Daniel Hall takes the stage for an evening of soulful guitar, heartfelt vocals, and a mix of prog-rock, jazz, blues, and folk. A Spokane Falls Audio Engineering grad with a wide range of influences, from Tom Petty to Dream Theater, Daniel delivers a performance that’s as skilled as it is unforgettable.

First Friday Artist Reception | Michael Dinning | May 1st, 4pm-7pm

Michael Dinning’s work is inspired by history and place, family, music, and social awareness. Through large-scale narrative sculptures and wall pieces, he layers painted canvases with found objects to explore identity, memory, and the unseen rhythms that shape our lives. Each piece tells a story, designed to be immediately engaging while leaving a lasting sense of wonder.

Live Music with Hannah Siglin | May 8th, 6pm to 8pm

Hannah Siglin is a singer, songwriter, and guitarist from the Inland Northwest. Rooted in folk music and refined through classical training, her songs weave intricate guitar work with raw, intimate lyrics, compelling whether stripped down to voice and guitar or layered with the rich textures of her band featuring acoustic bass, fiddle, and mandolin. Since moving to Boston in 2015 to study songwriting at Berklee College of Music, Hannah has earned the Pat Pattison Scholarship, opened for Margaret Glaspy at The Red Room, and performed with her band at the Grey Fox Bluegrass Festival in 2017 and 2019. Inspired by a deep love of nature, her songs explore the emotional terrain of coming of age, love, loss, and identity.

Eric Rau was born in Southern California and raised in North Idaho, where a childhood surrounded by art and the outdoors shaped his creative path. After initially studying Wildlife Biology at the University of Idaho, Rau shifted his focus to fine art, earning a degree in Painting and Printmaking following formative travels through Europe.

Now based in the Spokane area, Rau creates abstract-expressionist work that explores the relationship between people and the natural world. Drawing from time spent alone in the wilderness, his art reflects a belief in nature’s healing power while addressing the pressures modern society places on the landscapes we inhabit.
