Annual quarterly shipments (March, May, October & December*)

Wine Club Terms & Conditions

Wine Club Releases

The REININGER & Helix Wine Club is a recurring subscription for four wine club releases per year, offering membership benefits to a single household.
Members can customize their wine club shipment to their wine drinking preferences with our current available wines up until the charge date.
E-mail notifications with club release details, shipping dates and deadlines will be sent approximately four weeks prior to billing your card on file.
Members are responsible for keeping their payment method current, and we reserve the right to cancel a club membership after two unsuccessful club charges
Member credit cards are charged automatically during the last week of the month prior to a shipment month.
Members agree to a minimum of two consecutive club orders after joining, and that they will skip no more than two quarterly clubs each year.

Shipping & Pick-Up Terms

Members are responsible for keeping their shipping address up-to-date, and will be responsible for additional shipping charges incurred for misdirected, returned, and/or reshipped orders.
Pick-up orders must be picked up within six months of release. If not picked up, we will contact you to make arrangements to ship.
We are unable to ship Alaska orders via ground shipping; club members receive $20 flat rate express/air shipping on all orders to Alaska.

Cancellations

Members who have received a minimum of two consecutive club orders may request cancellation by contacting us via email at info@reiningerwinery.com, by text at (509) 508-0796, or by phone at (509) 522-1994.
California residents who wish to cancel their membership online may do so here.

CPR Allocation List

We created this exclusive list available to 100 wine adventurers to experience and explore the combined terroirs of select Walla Walla and Columbia Valley vineyards, through time and place.

Each September, we will be offering 6 bottles of the latest edition of Chuck’s CPR RED WINE to members of the list.

My wish for our CPR List members is for them to be as passionate as our team is in exploring Mother Nature’s dynamic and flavorful picture of one of the Earth’s most unique and spectacular wine growing landscapes, environments and cultures. These three synergistically are known as terroir, or sense of place, our Home - The Walla Walla and Columbia Valleys.
