Tasting Notes
Desiderata aptly defines this noble blend of Bordeaux varietals. The soft palate and fine integrated tannins is the result of nearly five years of barrel aging. A mature nose of ripe pomegranate, black plum, vanilla bean, and eucalyptus is a temptuous siren daring further adventure into seductive layers of black cherry cordial, soy with wisps of dignified tobacco.
