A Positively Ghoulish Reininger Halloween
Happy November 1st! We are positively careening into the dead of Autumn, but not before we celebrate Halloween and go through Fall Release. The grapes are happily nestled into their fermentation bins and the entire winery smells delicious. It is time now to let, well, time, do it’s thing while we carefully monitor fermentation and do punch-downs. Halloween really brought it out of the girls yesterday, and things got a little silly in the back without Raul’s constant vigilance. Here are a few pictures of Izzie and Shellie playing zombies in the fermenting grapes. Don’t worry, they don’t bite (usually) and they won’t infect you with anything other than giddyness.
