This complex, Burgundian-style wine smells of fresh rainwater, toasted coconut, pineapple, honeysuckle, lychee, and tempura-fried banana. Enjoy the refreshingly lavish flavors of pineapple, star fruit, honeycrisp apple and just a touch of white flower on the finish. Rich and full-bodied, this limited production 100% Chardonnay was fermented Sur Lie for 1.5 years in two new 500L French Oak barrels using indigenous yeast (no added yeast).
