Tasting Notes
The Reininger Carmenere is more refined than in past vintages yet still maintains it’s classic rusticity through it’s signature peppercorn. Flavors of over-ripened strawberries, plum and currant stir fried in drops of seasame oil tossed with suggestions of caramel and new oak spice layout an exotic flavor profile. Don’t rush it.
